Barbara Res is a New York Professional Engineer and Attorney licensed in New York and New Jersey.  She is best known as a pioneer woman in construction engineering and for her much publicized service as Executive Vice-President of the Trump Organization and supervising the construction of Trump Tower, working directly for former President Donald Trump.  She provides legal support, arbitrates and mediates construction cases and makes appearances as a speaker, talking about women in construction and non-traditional roles, sexual harassment and intimidation in the workplace, work family balance and building confidence.  She also talks about her experiences as being a trailblazer for women in the construction Industry and about working for the former US President.  She has appeared in countless interviews as well as documentaries for US and foreign producers and has written extensively for print and internet media.  She is the author of the book All Alone on the 68th Floor: How One Woman Changed the Face of Construction about her experiences as a woman in engineering and Tower of Lies What My 18 Years Working with Donald Trump Reveals about Him.
